Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

This policy describes how MindPsy Guidance, LLC ("we") handles consumer health data in the Seven Centers System® app. It supplements our Privacy Policy and is provided for residents of Washington State under the My Health My Data Act, and for residents of Nevada and other states with similar laws.

What consumer health data we collect

• Daily check-ins: nervous-system state, window-of-tolerance readings, and center scores on a -3 to +3 scale.
• Patterns you are rewiring, corrective-experience goals, and their completion status.
• Free-text journal entries, safety cues, and notes you choose to write.
• Regulation techniques you log, habit stacks, and activity points.
• Account details: name (optional), email address, reminder times, and time zone.
• With each consent record: the date and time, the document version, your IP address, and your browser or device description.

How we use it

• To provide the app: showing your history, progress charts, streaks, and reminders.
• To keep your account secure and to support you when you contact us.
• Only with your separate optional consent: de-identified research, educational content, aggregate marketing statistics, and possible academic publication.

We do not sell consumer health data. We do not use it for advertising or targeted marketing directed at you individually, and we run no advertising or tracking technology in the app.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed for the service to function, with these processors:

• Lovable Cloud — application hosting, database, and authentication.
• Google — sign-in, if you choose "Continue with Google."
• Paddle — subscription payments and billing (payment data only; no health data).
• Our email delivery provider — account and reminder emails (no scores, journal content, or center data are ever included).

We may also disclose data when required by law, or to protect safety and legal rights.

Your rights

• Access — download a full copy of your data in Settings > Privacy.
• Delete — permanently delete your account and all associated data in Settings > Privacy.
• Withdraw consent — turn the optional research consent on or off at any time in Settings > Privacy. Withdrawal applies going forward and never affects your use of the app.
• Know — see every consent you have given, its version, and when, in Settings > Privacy.
• Appeal — if we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response; you may also contact the Washington State Attorney General.

To exercise a right you cannot complete in the app, email support@sevencenterslifeschool.com. We respond within 45 days.

Research use and de-identification

Research consent is optional and separate. Only entries created while your research consent was active are eligible. Before any research use, we remove your name, email, IP address, device information, and every free-text field, and replace your account identifier with a random research ID. Dates are coarsened to week or month. Only administrators can produce this export.

Storage and retention

Data is stored in the United States and kept for the life of your account. Deleting your account removes your data from live systems immediately and from backups within 30 days.
