Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about your practice. If the Seven Centers System® app isn't the right fit, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription period.

1. Free trial first

New customers receive a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, so you can cancel any time during the trial at no cost from the Subscription page in the app. If you've already used your free trial, future signups will not include another trial.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee

  • You may request a full refund of your first paid charge within 30 days of that charge.
  • This guarantee applies once per customer, on the first subscription period only.
  • Subsequent renewal charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals.

3. How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. You can request a refund by:

  1. Visiting paddle.net and looking up your order using the email you used at checkout; or
  2. Emailing us at support@sevencenterslifeschool.com with your order ID or the email used at checkout.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The credit typically appears in 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscription page in the app, or at paddle.net. Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current paid period.

5. Fair-use & abuse prevention

To keep the guarantee fair for everyone, we may decline a refund request if we determine, in good faith, that:

  • The request is outside the 30-day window;
  • You've already received a refund on a previous subscription period;
  • The same person has created multiple accounts to obtain multiple refunds or extra trial periods;
  • The account shows signs of fraudulent payment, chargeback abuse, or violation of our Terms & Conditions;
  • The Service has been used in a way that is inconsistent with a good-faith trial (for example, sustained high-volume usage that suggests the refund is being used as free access rather than as a remedy).

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund rights you have under the consumer laws of your country or state.
